GAME ON

The following 3 options are workshops lead by Jeff Adduci whose ultimate goal is to help set individual's on a path for success regardless of what they are pursuing. 

During this workshop, Jeff will work exclusively with members of a sports team to discuss the ATTACK cycle (a process with can help athletes follow through with self-set goals), self-belief tactics, and the importance of a positive mind-set. Workshop sessions are 6 sessions long with each lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour. 

This coaching session is for a group of 2-7 individuals. We will begin with a pre-assessment for individuals to assess where they initially stand and end with a post-assessment to evaluate the individual's progress. Sessions will cover breaking down past obstacles, identifying goals, and defining a vision for success.

During these series of 6, 1 hour long sessions, we will discuss in depth the individual's goals, necessary steps to reach those goals, and how to handle adversities. This workshop also requires the individual to take a pre and post-assessment. Additionally, the participant is required to chose a mentor to help assess his/her progress.
